Strategic Planning and Management of Erasmus+ Projects

During the 5 days course participants will get familiar with tools for strategic planning: SWOT, PESTLE, STAKEHOLDER, Portfolio Analysis.

Those tools will be presented as a basis for strategic thinking of the organisational development.

Important and crucial documents of the European Commission in the field of school education will be presented: “Digital Education Action Plan 2021-27”, “Erasmus+ Programme Guide”, NESET publications and analytical reports like “Governing quality Early Childhood and Care in a global crisis: first lessions learned from COVID-19 pandemic”, “A systemic, whole-school approach to mental health and well-being in schools in the EU”

Partcipants will learn how to analyze needs of their organisations and underpin them with the most important strategic documents and reports of the European Commission.

Complete process of quality Erasmus+ project proposal writing will be presented. Participants will learn how to differ aims, goals and specific objectives of the project as well as what tools and activities they need to implement during the project lifetime for the successful project sustainability and dissemination.

Tools for the project visibility will be presented as well.

Partcipants will learn whole project development: from the strategic palnning, initiation, implementation and follow-up.

Learning outcome of this training will be individually developed full Erasmus+ projects of each participant.
